Palisades Laser Eye Center Invites You To Our Second Annual Celebrity Charity Golf Outing

Please join us on Thursday September 9 th , 2004 for a fun day of golf, lunch, dinner, and exciting activities at the New York Country Club located in Pomona , NY .  

All proceeds to benefit Research to Prevent Blindness, The National Stroke Foundation, and the Home of Baseball Charity.  

Your celebrity host for the day will be New York Yankee great Yogi Berra.   Additional stars will be joining us such as Paul Blair, former New York Yankee, Karl Nelson , former New York Giant, and others.   Your other hosts for the day will be Howard Rothenberg, Richard Gordon, Larry Massaroni, and Ted Hargrove.  

Participation Levels

Individual Golfer:             $375 includes green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, and awards.

Foursome:                         $1,400 includes green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, and awards.

Corporate:                       $3,000 includes two foursomes as above plus banner signage at the event.and tee sponsorship.

  Tee Sponser:                  $150 includes engraved plaque at tee which you can take home for display.

12:00 pm                         Shotgun start with lunch at the turn.

5:30 pm                           Cocktails and dinner.

7:00 pm                           Exciting auction featuring rare signed sports and television memorabilia.

7:30 pm                           Awards ceremony.
