Easter fundraiser to benefit

The Children's Fund for GSD Research

in memory of Ruth Vax.

Ruth's granddaughter Meghan, who works at the store, made a cute fringed fleece blanket which was on display. For 3 weeks prior to Easter, customers purchased

Easter eggs for $1.00 and filled a large Easter basket with them. 

There was a picture displayed of John Henry with an informational flyer that describes who he is and what GSD is all about. On Easter Saturday the fundraiser was concluded by drawing a name for the blanket.

$500 was raised from this incredible act of kindness in memory of Ruth Vax.

Ruth Vax would be so pleased to know that she continues to help John Henry and all of the other GSD children around the world.
